Starting May 16 2019, Village Grounds is excited to welcome Chef Bongo & Chef Edmund for evening drinks, appetizers and meals.
Chefs prepare your choice of protein from the offerings of the day and your choice of one of our unique sauces. The Bistro focuses on an honest and genuine commitment to unique and wholesome local seasonal ingredients, sourced from the wonderful local bounty of the Okanagan Valley.
Utilizing our expertise and working closely with local suppliers ensures that only the best arrives at the table. With precision and consistency, all food and cocktails are prepared by one of the top 10 Chefs in Canada, Chef Victoire Bongo.
